Priority Plus Maintenance Program

PRIORITY PLUS MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

The following are the benefits of the Priority Plus Maintenance Program:

PPM CARD - Your personal identification card, qualifying you for all the benefits that Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson offers with the Priority Plus Maintenance Program.

PPM SERVICE - Put our factory-trained high-tech maintenance crew on your team. To help protect your investment, unlimited Harley-Davidson recommended scheduled services are included for one year. This program may be renewed annually up to two times. All Harley-Davidson recommended services must be performed at Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson. If you are more than one hundred (100) miles from our dealership when the recommended service is due, you may choose to have your scheduled service performed at a dealership located beyond the one hundred mile limit. If so, Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson will reimburse you at our service department menu price, or the other dealer's price, whichever is less.

PPM EMERGENCY SERVICE - Emergency roadside towing within fifty (50) miles of Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson is available during regular Service Department business hours. Click here for more information on our Service Department.

PPM PICKUP & DELIVERY - Pickup and delivery is available within fifty (50) miles of Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson when regularly scheduled services are due. Pickups must be scheduled at least three days in advance. For pickup or deliveries beyond the fifty (50) mile limit, there will be a $2.00 charge per mile beyond that limit.
